Terms of Use
Last Updated: March 12, 2026
These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the Feelstudio Creative Lab website and for engaging with our creative services, resources, and workshops. They are written for clarity and to support responsible collaboration. Nothing on this website is financial, legal, investment, tax, or career advice.
1) Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You confirm that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, you may use the Site only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference and forms part of these Terms.
2) Company Information
The Site is operated by Feelstudio Creative Lab Inc. (“Feelstudio,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
- Registered address: 100 King St W, First Canadian Place, Toronto, ON M5X 1A9, Canada
- Email: [email protected]

3) Scope of the Site and Services
The Site provides information about our creative practice and may include resources, articles, frameworks, templates, examples, and descriptions of services such as brand communication support, content planning, visual communication systems, and professional workshops.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing (for example, in a statement of work), the Site and its content are provided “as is” and for general educational, creative, and professional information purposes. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
If you contact us through the Site, any project engagement is subject to a separate written agreement that defines scope, timelines, deliverables, and commercial terms. If there is a conflict between those written project terms and these Terms, the written project terms will govern for that engagement.
4) Disclaimers and No Guarantees
Feelstudio’s work is designed to support clarity, consistency, and better internal workflows. Outcomes depend on organizational context, constraints, decision-making, adoption, and maintenance. For that reason, we do not guarantee results, performance, specific outcomes, or any particular business, creative, professional, or personal impact.
- All materials are provided for educational, creative, and professional information purposes only.
- We do not provide financial, legal, investment, tax, or career advice.
- Clients remain responsible for their own business and communication decisions, including approvals and compliance requirements.
- Workshops and resources are designed to support learning and professional development and do not replace internal policies, accessibility standards, or legal review.
If you need advice in a regulated domain (for example, legal counsel, tax support, or sector-specific compliance), you should consult qualified professionals in your jurisdiction.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site in a lawful, respectful, and secure manner. You must not, and must not attempt to:
- interfere with the Site’s security or integrity, including attempting to bypass access controls or probe for vulnerabilities;
- use bots, scrapers, or automated methods to access or collect content except where allowed by a written agreement;
- upload, transmit, or distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful code;
- submit false or misleading information through our contact forms or in project discussions;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with an organization;
- use the Site to send unsolicited marketing, spam, or bulk messages;
- use the Site in a way that violates applicable sanctions or export-control laws.
We may limit or block access when we reasonably believe the Site is being used in a way that risks security, availability, or misuse of our content.
6) Intellectual Property
The Site and all content on it, including text, graphics, design systems, logos, layouts, templates, workshop materials, and code (the “Content”), are owned by or licensed to Feelstudio Creative Lab Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Content for your internal reference and personal or organizational evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works, or exploit the Content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, unless a separate written agreement explicitly grants such rights.
Any trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding without written consent.
7) Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may refer to third-party services used for communication, conferencing, or collaboration, and may include links to third-party websites. Third-party services are not controlled by Feelstudio, and we are not responsible for third-party content, terms, availability, or privacy practices.
If you choose to access third-party services, you do so at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms and policies.
8) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that the Site will be secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards for your device and network.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Feelstudio Creative Lab Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or Content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, Content, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) $100 CAD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. Where such laws apply, some of the limitations above may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
10) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feelstudio Creative Lab Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your misuse of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; or (d) any content you submit through the Site.
11) Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, telecommunications failures, labour disputes, acts of government, public health emergencies, cyberattacks, or failures of hosting, cloud, or internet service providers.
12) International Use
The Site is intended to support Canadian organizations and teams, including remote engagements. We make no representation that the Site or Content is appropriate or legally available for use in every location. You are responsible for compliance with local laws where you access the Site.
13) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Content will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14) Dispute Resolution
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Provide a short written description of the issue and your proposed resolution by email to [email protected]. We will aim to respond within a reasonable time.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after the initial notice, either party may pursue available remedies in court, subject to Section 13.
15) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use poses a security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
16) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17) Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Feelstudio Creative Lab Inc. regarding your use of the Site. For any paid engagement, a separate written agreement may apply to that engagement’s deliverables and commercial terms.
18) Assignment
We may assign these Terms to an affiliated entity or to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
19) No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
20) Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective 14 days after they are posted on this page, unless the changes are required by law or relate to new functionality, in which case they may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
